Pipa is designed specifically for kids and tweens, typically ages 8–12, who are just starting their skincare journey.

We ship anywhere within the U.S.

International

We now offer international shipping. We make it easy to choose the best rate and delivery options at checkout!

In addition, many countries charge customs and import fees that are paid by the customer at the time of delivery. It is up to the customer to understand local tax laws and pay for them.

Venezuela

We do not offer shipping to Venezuela, but we do have distribution in the country. If interested please contact via Whatsapp.

Spain

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Spain.

Currently, cosmetics and beauty products are all considered restricted commodities when importing into Spain. Imports of cosmetic products (including skincare) to Spain are prohibited, which includes shipments of cosmetics to individuals, if the required license from the Ministry of Health is not provided.

These shipments will be refused entry and returned to the country or territory of export if a license cannot be provided by the brand, and thus, we have restricted all beauty/cosmetic products from purchase at checkout to prevent unnecessary returns.

Can I change the delivery address once I place my order?

Can I change the billing address for my order?

No, we are unable to change the billing address of your order once it is placed. If your order was confirmed, you should have nothing to worry about! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.
